I'm going to use LMMS as a live sampler/playback soft. Please tell how can I load wav playback into song sequencer like i did it in FL Studio?

You want to use LMMS for live recording, am i understand your question right?
Recording isn't possible at the moment. The buttons in the GUI are placeholder for further releases.
But when you've got a recorded wavefile you can drag and drop this file from the brwoser left side into the songeditor or the beat+bassline-editor.
