Yesterday when I thought I was finally done with new pc and was listening to some mp3 and some of my own tracks, I got very disappointed.
It did not sound right at all. Total lack of bass. The solution was simple but weird, thanks to Tweakers forum.
Connect headset (Sennheiser) not to the frontpanel, but directly to the motherboard.
This should not make any difference, but through google I learned, I am not the only one with this issue.
(and an Asrock mobo)
Poor sound when connected to front panel.
Now I finally will be starting to use LMMS again.
Already installed wine, and the first time I started LMMS through the Appimage file, I noticed Wine asking me to install something, I accepted, and vst in LMMS on Linux are working again.
I wonder if this is related to the many wine issues on Linux. People not installing what wine suggests but clicking cancel?
I am however totally used to this, the first time I use LMMS on a new pc.
Wine installing something, the first time you use Vestige.
