Ive seen a lot of complaints of not being able to pitch samples up or down without messing up tempo but i found an FX that does it without changing tempo. Its called AM Pitchshifter. Im probably late to the party with this but I got excited when i found it XD.

Yes AMps can produce a 'result', but the more you pitch away from orr. pitch, the worse the result. Inside an octave it is almost ok, but it cant compete with resampled material
