There has been situations where users have asked how they could re-create a project file, or even the whole folder, because they have actually ..Deleted the files/ folders.
The answer has been:

No more so. As of yesterday windows-10 can use a new microsoft feature named File-rcovery. It is not added automatically to your pc, in winUpdate. You do need to fetch it from microsoft-store, and add it to win10.
