Well, you ask for dll files, but the vsts you mention itselves aren't distributed as a simple dll file, as it'd be impossible for obvious reasons that counts for free alternatives, too. Also you're referring to 2 plugins that works in completely different ways.
Alternatives can't help you unless you know how the plugins works. And the fact is that one of these plugin, Omnisphere, doesn't work at all, it happens to be a rompler, which is a type if vst that basically just play bunch of samples with little processing. So there aren't Omnisphere vst alternatives, just find samples and sample pack and soundfonts.
There were a cool free rompler for a short amount of time, but the fact is that rompler are all different, as they differ by the samples they use. Little short ending notes, the crypted samples needs to be included with the vsts, so it's impossible a plugin like omnisphere can be just a dll file.
Speaking of Serum, the same counts. Serum is a wavetable synthesis plugin, and no other vsts can read its presets, so you need to know how a wavetable plugin works and how to replicate presets. Also, as i already said, wavetable professional plugin, free or not, are really complex and they can't be a single dll file, too.
That said there are actually 2 alternatives for Serum.
The first one has been around for quite a lot of time, and it's Vemberaudio Surge which was a payplugin, but was then made opensource by the creators, and so, free, too. The only problem is that due to copyright problems with steinberg vst2 license, Surge binaries are distributed to have only the vst3 version of it, the new standard for vsts. And unluckily, LMMS doesn't support vst3 yet.

soent the last years developing a new game-changer plugin, called Vital which came out a bit ago. Vital is basically Serum but better, and free. It's incredibly intuitive and versatile and the free version has no limitations (other than text-to-speech locked). Modulations are all drag&drop. It's just incredible it's free and i suggest everyone to download it because it's incredibly powerful, and works with no problems in LMMS.
Obviously it's not a dll file, but you need to install it, and also to link your account to it. That's needed to understand which type of license (the free one in this case) is linked to the account.

Another nice free vst that i wanna suggest for basic edm sounds which is really good, is the ToneZ vst made by Retornz (previously known as t0nit0 rmx). It's really good for sounds that doesn't need extreme modulations and really powerful, too, a good alternative to t-phorce alpha plus. Retornz is actually planning a v2 version, too, but that's still only planned, and retrocompatibility it's not ensured, as he wanna add new features and change some things.
