If you write electronic music, ProducerHive made this list of free sample pack websites... it's a decent starting point if you're on a budget. (just because they're free doesn't mean they aren't good though.. I really dig a lot of the free Cymatics packs)

Atm all samples are under re-wamping, and a new collection will 'soon' be shipped with LMMS.
