No text on LMMS

I loaded up LMMS today and there was no text at all. I searched the internet and there was nothing. I redownloaded LMMS and there was still no text. When I first opened LMMS and realised there was no text I checked my LMMS files and found song and sounds I deleted in the files. I don't know what happened?
Could someone help?
