What kind of license do the standard LMMS samples have?
Can I give my music, in which I used standard LMMS samples, a Creative commons license? Also under CC0?

Your derivative rendered projects are YOURS, and you can do what you want with that.
You can however not render all or any separate samples and call that 'a rendered project'!
