Hello uka, I'll do my best to understand your broken English.

That Panomatic effect plugin is exclusive to FL Studio. It cannot be used with LMMS. Do you know of any panning effect VSTs that are compatible with LMMS? I'd like to try your pan modelling.

Also, unless I want my whole track to be panned, I would create another channel and insert the effects there instead of the master channel. This way I can select which channels I want to send to this pan channel, before sending them all to the master channel.

Panning in LMMS is usually done via automation patterns. There's also the Autopan effect that may be useful. You can connect a pan knob to an LFO controller as well.

Panning in LMMS is generally done by means of mechanization examples. There's likewise the Autopan impact that might be valuable. You can associate a container handle to a LFO controller too.
