I cannot figure out why, with a 15 step bassline, with a beat on every third "mark"the pattern skips a "beat" when looping back to the start here is the layout X=on, O=off OXOOXOOXOOXOOXO, my logic, flawed as it may be, tells me this should work fine, assuming the end O and the start O acts like OO, yes/no? If I reverse the patern so it starts on X and ends on X I have the reverse issue, a double hit on loopback what am I missing? I looked at some youtube tuts, their beat/ basslines worked fine using a similar pattern, I don't get it!
