LMMS will probably get redesigned for 1.2, here's a teaser

As some of you know, we had a really amazing designer offer to redesign the whole LMMS UI.

After months of hard work by the designer (Rebecca de Field) and our devs, the results are amazing.

There are some things that need to be done, most notably CSS changes, and the patch to finally make the window bars themeable, so we get rid of the ugly blue color (which many of you theme designers have asked for), and this theme will most probably end up being the new default in LMMS 1.2.




The icons were carefully crafted to be pixel perfect, so they are as sharp as they get

Awesome! Love the green accents on the knobs as well as the green colour in the piano roll area for the song editor. Can't wait!

The theme was just merged today, I'll do some more promo shots now. There are some quirks we need to resolve, but yay it here!
