[BUG] (2.0 BETA) AudioFileProcessor

I am working with the 2.0 BETA Version and made a song. So there is a Snare Sample in it which has a little click in the end. I wanted to remove this click with the AudiofileProcessor. It sounded good in the project. But when I export it there is this little click and the changes in the AudioFileProcessor are lost.
Is this a bug?
