Another attempt at making music.

I wonder if its 100% in key.

According to lmms it is, but some notes do not sound 100% nice to me.

Mostly the part starting at 0.44m.

All track start at c, scale = Aeolian.

I think you are nicely in key, and there are no obvious bum-notes. You did well here! Your next step could be to variate the lead some more? One thing could be to leave it out for a couple of bars and add something that talk against it, like a 'discussion' between the notes

OMG, you made my day. thank you. Finally I produced something in key, there is hope for me yet.

I have not yet checked the link, but it already sounds to me exactly like something I am looking for.
Its a bit blend ? right now.

*Hits submit and checks link.* :D
I gave up on popcorn for now, it was the right moment, just before I started to hate LMMS.

Latest version of above number, named it saddanz.

Its fine. You could experiment with some pads in the background, and you could try some stereo expansion. You would have more 'depth' those ways, if you want that at all -
I hope to produce more fun stuff next, this was for me mainly about creating something in key.

And I might have a clue were things go wrong with my popcorn cover.

Learned a lot :) Thank you.

I cant just rely on my ears, but if it does not sound right, I should trust my ears.
From the first time I made the sublead in popcorn, my ears protested.

I noticed that nobody has yet covered biscaya btw.

Its 99% instrumental, so it seems very wel lsuited for lmms.

I was not able to find free music sheets of this song though so it would be a nice challenge.
It does not look that complicated though, but I said that of popcorn too LOL

I have thought about what you said, but I am bit lost on how to implement it.

The stereo expansion, thats an plugin, which I pick on the FX mixer plugin window ?

And the pads, are those pads from SynAddsub fx?

And I did find sheet music from biscaya.
It took me 3 hours to get 16 notes in, but I did it. :P

Yes, you can either set it on Master, and expand 'all', or you could choose the parts that you would like to be more 'etheric' /dreamy, and expand those individually.
stereo expansion kind of 'open' the sound landscape. The sounds are 'roomly' fill more 'room', you get this 'where is that sound coming from' feeling, but experiment! -also just because its fun

Nyeys.. It can be any pads. DSK has several vst for pads -One Enourmous is called etheral-pads -But that one takes serious memory! It is HUGE.. But there are many many pad vsts, just search myvst or VST4Free -remember to only dl free vsts :p
Its not fun when the stuff exspires after the demo period
Thank you, I will of course share the result when done.
I think I like that stereo enhanger, but it seems to pan the sound too.

I was able to corect that with the strereo matrix tool.

Added an eternal pad, part too. It makes the sound more full. :)
Sounded awfull at first, but I found out I have been a naugthy boy.
I had moved the green sliders to C6.

So I did that on the vst plugin too, and that seems to solved that problem.

Maybe I should add a note to my monitor.
KEEP YOURE BLOODY HANDS OF THE GREEN SLIDER.

One question though, would It be better, if I return all sliders to their default possition ?
At least I was consequent, all sliders are at C6
