Personally, for a glitch style track, I would add in a another type of lead (maybe a square wave?) and make it change between those two.

Annoying no.

But yes, it is the most prominent. It hides a little the other instruments, or it covers a little too much the other instruments. Maybe, maybe not ?

Though I am not a fan of glitch music, I personally find, that this tune sounds pretty nice.
Maybe another synth melody, might help add to this track and make it sound, even more better.
