Simple music with speedpaint

Share and discuss your LMMS music projects here, and see what people think!
Hey folks, I haven't posted for ages...
I've been a bit busy... still composing and working on other projects, just been a bit shy...

Anywho, I did a speed painting and shoved on some unreleased tracks in LMMS over it....

The first track is currently called "Assid", which was influenced by playing with a html TB-303 toy... (I've never touched the actual hardware) and the second track, "Bitmess" was inspired by old school tracking.

Neither have been mixed completely... But I sort of like them.... Am I crazy? I was thinking of just mixing the stereo and volume of the tracks... but my soundcloud is getting pretty limited.... Are they just crap?

I'm hoping to compose and release a chunk of LMMS music on my soundcloud soon, but I'm going to be composing in a tracker soon for a specific gaming project OST. I can't imagine I will be gone for too long, but for anyone thinking "Who is this Kalaherty with his shitty Lofi music?". please visit:

It's been a long time! I appreciate the duo lead synth of the first track, pretty crazy. In the second track, there is a lot of noise in the low end, I think it's the reverb.

That universe of graphic bowels!
Thanks for the feedback :)

I think the second track requires the most work, but I sort of like its simplicity. I'll probably just do a once over clean-up for the first track.

Hopefully I'll get a bit more free time to finish up the tracks and do a few more soon.

These two tracks, both have a unique style and sound to them.

The first one, has an unusual upbeat sound to it. I don't know how to describe it though.

The 2nd track from 2:25 secs, seems to change the mood, and go into another direction.
It has a magical, yet jovial sound to it. Which I find quite interesting.
Strangely, I think of gnomes and dwarves, when I listen to this one.
And it has that Bejewelled 3 style to it too, especially when the toy piano type melody
starts playing.

Concerning the vid, that is quite an unusual art piece you drew there.
I was trying to figure out, what you were drawing. Lol!
