Hey man!
This sounds like a nice beat for your second track. It's a it repetitive though and because it's labelled hip-hop/rap I imagine you would want to put some words on the beat. It would be really nice to hear how your beat goes with some lyrics.

Okay: The clap sound, sounds a bit too plain.
Add a calf vintage delay, or calf reverb or both, to the clap and tweak the dials
until you get something you like. You can find those effects and others in lmms.

Also, lower the volume of the clap a bit. Because it stands out, a bit too much in the track.

Indeed, the clap is very marked, centered in the foreground.

In connection with the title, I could hear a paper sample that crumples, musically, punctually, discreetly, or something that comes to wither the sound of instruments.
