Has anyone tried to do anything with the BBC sound effects archives? They're available free and in wav format. Lot's of interesting engineering noises, people, things. Could inspire a PSB style track. http://bbcsfx.acropolis.org.uk/?cat=guillotines

Good link! I think these sounds will be excellent as s.c. 'Found sounds', effects that are picked up from the 'sound-tapestry' that is all around us, in our daily life.
