New attempt at Synthwave/Not too sure of style...

I've been playing around in Lmms for a while - the endless learning curve. Mostly end up with 80s influenced synthy stuff like this:

Making things sound polished and final those mixing skills are still eluding me though...
There is nothing bad at all about this track. In fact it sounds really good.
And I can hear the full potential in it.

All this track needs, is some good volume balancing.
The bass should be a bit more louder, and more predominant in the track though.
Lower down the volume of the other instruments, and raise up the volume
of the bass a bit. So that the bass melody, can seep through the track.

If you want:
Check out the tunes, from Panasonics aka. Diamond Ace on soundcloud.
Or Goam music, posted on this forum, and use them as some examples.
Both of them, make alot of nice cool synthwave music, on this forum. 8-)
Thanks! Unfortunately circumstances currently mean I end up doing most of the building and mixing on some okay headphones - they are fine with the treble but can make the low end difficult to figure out. I'll see if I can have a go with some proper speakers hooked up. Will check out the suggested music too.

Nice track!

Yes, if you can, invert in good monitor speakers (+ audio interface + cables).

Cheers! Yeah, monitor speakers would be nice, maybe one day... :)
