Chiptune cover of "The Gonk"

I've been listening to this tune a lot lately because it just makes me happy for some reason, and I thought it'd be fun to do a chiptune cover of it. I used Freeboy, Nescaline, SID, and SFXR for the drum sounds, so I think it's pretty faithful to the whole 8bit aesthetic. I didn't really use any effects aside from some mild EQ. Enjoy!

Dude I agree. I'm getting a happy feeling, after listening to this. :D
It reminds me of the music, heard from NES games. Like Mario Bros. :D

I don't think it was actually written for the horror movie, it was just some incidental music they found while making it, and decided to put it in there. The movie is (to my knowledge) what made it well-known, though.
