"OUTLAW" ... An electronic "thematic" song...

I'm composing a collection of songs that represent (at least in my mind), parts of a larger story about American Veterans. The overall sound for the whole collection of songs I'm trying to aim for is a mixture of: adventure game theme, 80's sci-fi B-movie soundtrack, and 70's synth elevator music. I'm sure that sounds kind of weird... but I'm having a heck of a fun time trying to bring it all together. I want it to feel both modern and nostalgic, simplistic on the surface, but with added depth and room for interpretation for those that listen more than once. KWIM? ;)

Previously, I had posted in this forum another song from the project, "SKATE." I've spent more time working on that one, and added two dialogue clips that I hope give it a little bit of context. Unfortunately, hubby and I are not voice actors, so maybe the dialogue needs replacing. (The script, however, is true-to-life and the way it is delivered is also accurate, so it's hard for either of us to deliver it any other way, if that makes sense...) The song now has an opening, a few tempo/dynamic changes to sort of characterize the execution of the "mission" and a climactic moment before what I'm hoping is an obvious ending. I have written more script that I originally wanted to include in the song, but have decided against it... I feel like it might ruin the flow. So for now, the dialogue is restricted only to the opening/intro radio transmissions. The updated version of "SKATE" is here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/139LVot ... sp=sharing

I would be very happy for some constructive feedback. Thanks so much for listening.
Why there is no beats in the track?
It is intentional. Not that it would sound bad with some drums, but it is not the sound I'm aiming for.
