No. Like Miku Hatsune, The software "Utau" uses singer recorded lib( many wave files and setting text file)


Ritsu Namine(KIre) is the name of the library for Utau.
There are other many Lib.s.
Teto Kasane and Neruko Yoku is also famous.

Unfortunately they all are Japanese singing Lib.s

I am only the user of the software, so I do not know the detail,

Utau is Free ware. (accept donation but author will not have responsibility.)
No limitations before and after the donation.

VST (Super-Riff) is also Free VSTi (instrument) ,found in the web , is connected via Vestige, and all notes of the E-Guitar are edited by the Piano-Roll of the LMMS.
