That's right.

I just used my ears and the 10 band eq that comes with lmms.
Nice EQ-ing on the master channel. It doesn't sound muddy. I do miss a little emphasis on the snare (laught_and_jelly) however. Also, you could have panned a few instruments here and there to better spread them out in the stereo field. But the overall mix is good.

afaiu you can use default lmms plugins and make any change you like in mixer, but no changes to the notes in piano-roll, and no exchanges of instruments.

Its already buried under stacks of tracks :p
Please use a direct link to the file, your link is for the whole group :)
Here’s my entry - https://lmms.io/lsp/?action=show&file=7967.

I only know what a few of the FX’s do. Also, I’m using a pair of $30 headphones, not sure how accurate they are. Anyway…

Advice would be appreciated.
I'd say it has a good emphasis on the low end, with some hats to fill up the higher frequencies. The snares are much more present than Gps' mix. Good usage of volume and panning, though it could have been mixed a little bit louder overall.

By the way, even though the original project was mine, topic participants can still comment on each other's mixes if they want. It's not just between you and me. Like the title said, let's mix things up. :)

Now this is exactly why I joined, I was hoping for feedback like this. I can only learn from it. :)

Only about two years ago, I did not know what scales and chords are, nor what things like reverb and compressors do, and knew nothing about mixing.

Thank you. :D
I'm not experienced at using LMMS's compressors, so I didn't try mixing it louder that way.
So, my entry’s either really good or really bad :) Any input, comments, suggestions? And while we’re at it, Side chaining and compression. I read some posts and I think I understand what it’s supposed to do… can anyone recommend a native FX I can use/play with. I tried one of them and couldn’t get it to do anything.. :/
