Hi Guys i rebuild a Music Loop Table from this video

Now i want to sync the buttons and Leds with LMMS so that i can make great Music
-Sync Buttons if i press one button at 3x5 in LMMS the sample 3 at column 5 has to be activated (The Leds are controlled from a microcontroller so that if i press a button the Buttons Led is on if i press again the Led is off for example)
Thats the firt plan that i want to finish but i dont know how...
I heard and read that LMMS support MIDI But how to sync that Kind of Midi Board ?
