VST NOT LOADING

I have been using LMMS for a couple of years and yesterday I did the latest windows 10 update.Now Lmms is saying VST NOT LOADING when I am trying to access my projects.
Please can someone help me asap

First : Restart your pc, if you havent done that already.
So what could have happened
A rare possibility is that your update somehow has seen remoteVST.dll as a thread.
That is
only an option
IF you use window-firewall!
I need to know:
* lmms version
* security packs / settings
One option would be to un-install, and re-install. If you go that way, remember to remove the config-file too.
