VSTi don't work

I install LMMS, and when i use VeSTige to add plugin. It saying "The VST-plugin PLAGIN_PATH could not be loaded for some reason."
I try Synth1, Alice-1337, PanCake2: nothing is working.
What can i do?

And what operating system are you using ?

Windows ? Linux ?
