I think it is not possible. The only solution would be to leave an empty space in the piano-roll.

Thanks for the answer, I found another "solution", you set up the "Time sig" to 32 then move and separate one "block or cell" and then go back to 4, here are the results.

LMMS has a feature that allow to move all blocks, at the same time, both up-stream and down.
Down-stream is to be used with care, because blocks will pile up on each other, if used carelessly!
It works like this:
* Place the play-head down-stream from where you want to either push everything or pull
* Hold SH and tab Insert to push or Delete to pull
