Does anybody know how to undelete a .mmpz file on Linux?!

Having trouble with LMMS? Ask about it here.

Hi, accidentally i delete one more file than i wanted from my lmms projects folder. It was normally by right mouse button, option 'delete', so unfortunately not 'move to trash'. Now i strongly need to undelete it. But Photorec (?Testdisk i think also) are not able to find .mmpz format. Guys, have you had something similar once? Maybe there are any other solutions. Please help.
Chances are, your file is dead forever. I'm not sure how they work, but you may be able to get one of those undeleting programs to help you, but it isn't likely.

That's terrible
If the backup option is enabled, there should be a .mmpz.bak copy file in your directory. Just edit the file name and delete the .bak extension.
The way I understand it, deleted files are not really deleted, but the link to the files gets deleted.

That also means it can be overwritten, and as far as I know then its gone.

There might be special software like Douglas suggested.

Or are you on brtfs or what is it called.

Then you should have a snap shot ?
