Multiple Types Of Automation In One Automation Track

Is it possible to have more than one type of automation (discrete progression, linear progression etc) in one automation track? I've wanted to be able to change from smooth to sudden in certain automation tracks but I can't figure it out. I'm hoping there's a way!

Unfortunately no, it's not possible to have more than one type of automation in one automation block.

As ipsum says, No, not in the same editor-block, but you can in multiple blocks.
