RemoteVstPlugin / .mse files

Ubuntu Studio 16.04.
I have wine RemoteVstPlugin.exe error while using some vst plugin. I noticed, that all vst with *.instruments folder with *.mse files in it is not working. For example, "DSK Dynamic Guitars" with .mse is crushes (that plugin is in working vst-list). Likely, these crushes are connected with *.mse files.

How can I fix it?

Those files are not related to LMMS. What you need to do, is to find a controller on he actual VST where presets can be handled.
It will properly be something in the top of the VST-UI -f.i a select-box where current preset' name is shown, or maybe just some buttons '<' & '>' that would let you scroll to the next, but that is transprent in respect to LMMS, and only depend on how the actual VST works.
In general DSK' vst' can be tricky, because they are build on a 'kit' .
