Merging"Add Effects" with "FX" button and arranging effects

1.Is it possible to merge the"Add effects" button with the "FX" button (in the instrument window). This will reduce the steps involved in adding an effect to an instrument, i.e when we press the "FX" button, the"Add effects" window should open directly, showing the list of all the effects.
2. Another suggestion is to arrange the effects list with Sub titles according to their respective types (like in FL studio). It would also be great if the instrument VSTs are removed from the effects list, because it often gets confusing whether it's an effect or an instrument.

All the times you only want to look at the effect-train, f.i. for making a connection to a dial, then you would have no button for that at all.
No, thats no good!

The topbar is clickable, so you can sort accordingly to name or type.
