Synth1 clipping when rendered, not in LMMS

Having trouble with LMMS? Ask about it here.
I have been using Synth1 and it sounds fine in LMMS, however when exported there is significant clipping on hits (0 attack, maximum low pass cutoff). This album shows the transient peak in LMMS (the white line) and then the audacity waveforms showing the clipping. (https://imgur.com/a/kYhlo) How do I fix this issue?

I think you will find, that if you record the lmms-playback, you also have some peaks in a real analyser. The peaks in mixer are 'approximate' or guideline. Our mixer is no way as precise as f.i. SPAN or BC analyser.
However!
Dont be 'clip-scared'! Unless you hear artefacts, a tiny clip is just 'punchy' The waveshapes you show here is not alarming.
Besides that -what lmms are you using?
You can use the advanced parametric 1.2 RC EQ as output monitor, and then catch the clipping freq and dampen that a tad

Try this test:

1) Open synth1 and turn the ATT dial up a little. eg. 2 or 3 etc.

2) Then, try and export the track.

3) Bring it into audacity and see if the clipping has disappeared.

But I agree with musikbear, if it isn't too noticeable on the
ears or speakers, then don't worry about it too much. :)

Which version of Synth1 are you using?
