Help with making a longer piano roll?

I am going through this tutorial, and it is telling me to use the piano roll to write something. I just downloaded the newest version of LMMS for Linux(1.2.0-RC5 (linux 64-bit)). When I try to use piano roll, I can't make a song longer than the two mark. As in, it starts to loop when it gets to the 2 mark after I press the play button without a circle around it. This is my piano roll now:

So how do I get past that?

You scroll the piano-roll.
You can either
* use the scrol-bar in the bottom of the window.
* hold SH and roll your mouse-wheel
