Quick question: How do I set LMMS To Count In Two Bars Before Recording?
also can it be set to punch in and out when recording?

simplest way is to insert dummy notes for 2 bars in the block you want to record in, you caqn then see and hear the record pos getting closer, and record at the exact moment.
Metronome as such cant be user-set.

also can it be set to punch in and out when recording?

Again -no, but you can also put in a dummy-track, that makes that kind of audible alert.
