I am trying to get a high pitched talker bass like the one here https://youtu.be/iC2-etZC190?t=1m59s but i can't get it that high without it sounding weird. Can anyone help?

In default lmms zynAddSubFX is best candidate. The basses (i believe at least 3) are formant-filter fx's

i described how to set up formants, but maby you will be able to find formant filters in a vst, i do not know any.
Its not all.
Your basses are FM modulated, and some waveshaping is also present. All in all, are those basses advanced sound engineered, and it will not be simple to emulate, but formants are the foundation.
