So I'm learning LMMS right now, never used it before. I created a sample from and mp4 and would like to create an instrument that I can use in the piano roll that doesn't cutoff after some time. In other words, I would like to be able to hold down a key and have the sample continue to play.
I know that different pitches will play back at different speeds, and I want them to loop perfectly so I don't hear that nasty cutoff when the sample ends. I also want the notes to sustain for a bit so they don't stop as soon as I release the key.
I know how to do this using the triple oscillator, but how do I do this with a sample I created in audacity?
Thanks in advance!
