NOOB - JUST LOADED - INNER WINDOWS REALLY TINY

I just loaded LMMS on my laptop to do some mobile recording. I am new to LMMS but not to DAWs or recording (My main machine has Cubase 9). My laptop is a Lenova Yoga with an i7 and 16gb ram.

I loaded LMMS this evening and when I opened it all the screens and words are super tiny ... like so small I can't see any of the words. This is very strange. The main window and menu are regular sized, but all the inner windows are super tiny. Also, if I use any of the pull down menus everything is super small on them as well. Any idea how to fix this?
