Project Silent After Re-Opening

i had almost completely finished a song and after opening the project and pressing play, it seems to play but there is no audio whatsoever, nor is there any signal showing on the mixer. i have had i similar problem with other projects where only some instruments are playing. i have tried exporting but i still have no audio :'(

Only thing that comes to mind, is that your master-volume has slided to 0
Please check that

Thanks for the reply. i have PM'd a link to the project, hopefully it works! i have checked the Master, it is at 100%
Here are the specifications you requested.
LMMS version 1.1.3
Im using a windows 8 laptop
RAM- 4096MB
Soundcard -(i believe) HDAUIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0269%SUBSYS_10
Driver- RTKVHD64.sys

I am unsure where to find the other information about latency settings and OS and service pack settings.
The instruments affected are all.
they are downloaded sample packs which have worked no problem previously.
I have been Using LMMS for months and this is the first time i have come across this issue. I hope this info is helpful.

If you get problems when or after you
1) backed uop all your own things
2) romoved lmms 1.1.3
3) installed RC5
