Hi, i was downloading LMMS and when it was about to finish it said forbidden download and i had to start all over the download and wont let resuming it.

That sounds like you not are using the correct sitei was downloading LMMS :: forbidden download
I recommend you to dl our RC6. If you use win10 you have to!
