Lock piano roll time to song editor time?

Hey, loving this software, but I'm finding it limiting flicking between the piano roll and the song editor. Is there a way to lock the timing between those two? I like to listen to the song editor while editing one track, but when I pause the song editor to make a quick edit, the piano roll is at a different point in the track, and I have to trawl through notes to find the spot I want to edit. Any suggestions?
