It could have a button inside the piano roll that could hear a chord for example without giving play, as if it were a preview, a button called playback same has in FL Studio.

Yes! but is already suggested and in the bubble, but in fact you can do it kind of, already.
I you have a stack of notes -a 'chord', then you can click either the volume-bar, or the Note-Panning-bar .

That will actually play all notes in that position. Eg it will play the whole stack, it is however difficult to click on the bars, without changing the value, so it is not a good 'solution'.
