LMMS and firewire

Having trouble with LMMS? Ask about it here.
Hello,
I've installed LMMS on a Windows Machine.
I aim at using it with my M-AUDIO Firewire 410 which is a FireWire Mobile Recording Interface.
The problem is that I can't seem to find the good device to connect the M-audio in the LMMS options.
When I go to "Tools", "Configuration" and "Audio configuration", I can see that the M-audio is seen by LMMS but whether I choose Windows WDM-KS or WASAPI, the Firewire connection is not listed.
The drivers are installed on the machine. The M-audio works fine with Abelton live ( trial version) , I could find the firewire connection.
What Should I do ? Is there something I am mising in configuring LMMS?

When I go to "Tools", "Configuration" and "Audio configuration",
in what program do you do that
LMMS only has 'LADSPAbrowser' in 'Tools'
whether I choose Windows WDM-KS or WASAPI, the Firewire connection is not listed.
Are these in the sound-configuration. All windows versions must use SDL
The drivers are installed on the machine. The M-audio works fine with Abelton live ( trial version) , I could find the firewire connection.
Ok...
What Should I do ?
First fill in my '?', but i am not inherited optimistic -sorry...
Hello Musikbear,
Thank you for getting back to me. Please find my answers below:
OS : Windows Seven 32 bits
LMMS Version: 1.1.3
M-AUDIO FW 410 : It is indeed the sound card that the youtube video refers to.
Sorry for the path to the sound configuration (my mistake). It must be first from the "Editer" menu.
If I’m not mistaken, when I choose SDL, I don’t see the sound card either.
Choosing WDM-KS or WASAPI is the only way I found to see my sound card I/O listed. The problem is that every input/output of the M-AUDIO are listed (Lines, SPD/IF, Multichannel etc.) excepted the Firewire one.
I hope I’ve made myself clear enough

I doubt it will help here, but i recommend you to update to
https://github.com/LMMS/lmms/releases/d ... -win32.exe

Outch...
Not good, i'm thinking... maby you can add 'something' in the Device-field

Do you have a manual for your external sound card?
Does a page or perhaps even a forum exists, for the card?

I'm grasping in thin air, because i really dont know what im talking about.. Never had experience with any external cards.........
