I downloaded izotope vinyl, and I don't know how to use it with parts of my song. I can load it with vestige, but I don't know how to affect a piano roll section, for example.

First you need to make sure that your effect-plugin works correctly in LMMS! Read:

If it pass, then you insert the effect on the FX-tab ON the preset you like to be influenced by the effect:
