Newbie - how to use keyboard voices over midi

Having trouble with LMMS? Ask about it here.
I have a Yamaha PSR-E363 and it is connected to my Win10 PC through its USB interface. I have a mic connected through a Presonus AudioBox iTwo, and monitors through the Presonus. I followed the Wiki guide to get the keyboard connected successfully. In the default settings of the TripleOscillator it just sounds like a pure tone. I found out that the keyboard is acting like a controller, and I was able to add an instrument plugin and use the keyboard to play those sounds in the plugin. HOWEVER, I want to hear the built in voices in the keyboard. Is this possible at all?

I am afraid, no, and if you could get an output through LMMS, you would not be able to add it to a project, because LMMS has no sound-recording at all!
You need to use f.i. Audacity to record your from your microphone, and the import the wave-files into LMMS, in either AFP

Or in Sample-Track

Besides that, since you are new in Forum
