I'd like to be able to generate my own snare, clap, and other drum sounds with greater ease in LMMS - and without having to depend on VST plugins all the time. It would have a few oscillators for different types of noise and melodic sounds. And unlike Drumsyn, it would not give me an error every time I tried to save.

You can create all types of percussion-sounds, even though kick-drums is simplyfied.
Another good generator is SFXR

Thanks! I'm not quite new... um... I hope I didn't break any rules, but I lost the password to my old account DollyNipples, and I really wanted to post here again. But anyway, thanks for the advice! Also, Drumsyn does have a VST version, but the one I'm talking about is a standalone non-realtime drum sound generator.
