How to assign Sample Track to a new FX Channel?

Hi everyone,
Especially when mixing the vocals with the beat, it would makes more sense to put them vocals in a Sample track then drag and drop and draw the A4 note for 2-3min long. However it's also important to put them in the mixer but i can't find a way to assign them. Is there any way to assign the Sample track to a new FX Channel?

Fixed for 1.2 since ive seen it prototyped -must have failed a check..

I completely feel your *sigh*... but hey it's a free and powerful DAW! Already so grateful that it exists! Of course the next step would be : keep improving, so do you know how can i report this issue directly to those in control?

Not necessary -There is a PR where this is implemented, but that implementation was either stopped by feature freeze, or there was an conflict
