Hello,
I'm new on this forum, my name is Val, I'm a physicist, and I play the keyboard during my spare time.
I'm new to LMMS and I'm encountering a problem when using a keyboard for the MIDI input. I'm running LMMS version 1.2.0 with Ubuntu 18.04. First, I had a big latency problem between the time when I press the keys and the time they are actually played, but it seems to be fixed now that updated the system with:
Now playing via my keyboard works well, except that after 10 or 15 seconds, it seems that there is an overload of the MIDI interface, which ends up by the system not detecting when I release the keys. So the notes play continuously, and to stop them, I basically have to swipe over all the keyboard keys. Then I can keep playing normally for another 10 or 15 seconds.
Any idea of what might be the problem?
