LMMS and Plogue alter ego

Having trouble with LMMS? Ask about it here.
I recently attainted plogue alter ego voice synthesizer and am impressed with its midi capabilities, but when I try to load it into lmms is says there is an error. I loaded the xml document into an online xml code scanner (I don't know the correct terminology, bear with me), and it said that there is an error in the way the code was written. I used https://xmlvalidation.com/ to scan the document, here is the error.

AriaBank id="2403" name="Bones" vendor="Plogue Art et Technologie, Inc" product="Bones" version="1000" >

it says:

The markup in the document following the root element must be well-formed.

please help. there are no videos online or websites that ever state this problem. everyone raves about lmms working great with plogue. I am using windows 10.

The markup in the document following the root element must be well-formed.
An error indicating that there is a closing-element for a root element in either the wrong position or one to many, ao too many root-elements, for the number of closing (perhaps self-closing)
What happens if you IN A COPY !!! simply erase the content, and then launch PLOGUE in LMMS? Often these kind of xml-files are auto generated, for the actual installation.
If that does not work, I need to see the actual XML file. You can paste it here in code-tags. I cant promise that i can find the bug, but i can try :p

Besides that, since you are new in Forum
