Recording modwheel actions

Hello all,

I'm using Lmms 1.2 on Windows 10 with a Casio keyboard.

In the piano roll editor, I can play a part using the modwheel to bend notes. - and the wheel works fine as I play (monitoring through Lmms). Lmms faithfully records all the notes I play, but, on playback, the modwheel moves haven't been recorded.

Am I doing something wrong?

Hello

You must create an automation track and link your pitch to it then record it and voila!

A google with lmms automation record may help you.

Hello all,
Hi, Welcome to the Forum back_to_work !
Here are all important links:

Casio keyboard.
modwheel moves haven't been recorded.
Unfortunately LMMS does not yet support mod/pitch-wheels on MIDI-KB.
You can use the PITCH dial, and that can be automated, just as Sahaathyva suggested, but as of yet, not MIDI-KB-wheels -Sorry

Thanks for the reply - but that doesn't work (at least on my system) I think the reply below sums up the mod-wheel behavior.
