Automation editor play head

Hello All . . .

I'm having trouble following where I am whilst using the Automation Editor. The 'Play Head' marker doesn't move (and the window doesn't scroll) as I play through the piece.
( In contrast, when using the 'Piano Roll' editor, I can see exactly where I am the whole time, because the play head moves along the timeline. )
I can see that the bar numbers are listed in the Automation Editor's timeline, but I often find it very tricky to follow how they correspond with the actual position as the piece plays.
Is this a feature?

No, this is known buggy behaviour in the Automation Editor.

Thanks! I thought it might be - but I did a search and couldn't find a mention of it. I expect I was looking in the wrong place.
