Opening LMMS

Hi all,
Downloaded LMMS and can't seem to open the application. I go through the wizard with the recommended install settings and it finishes no problem, but when I go to open the app, it takes me straight back to the install wizard again. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the 32 and 64 bit versions and restarting my laptop, but can't get the app to open.

If you are on windows, you just find the LMMS.exe (and make a shortcut for desktop) right-click and choose run -But you are not on windows ....right?
